This website does not use cookies and does not use analytics, tracking, or advertising tools. No user profiles are created.

8. Storage Period

Contact inquiries are deleted after final processing and no later than after three years, provided that no contractual relationship has been established. Where commercial or tax-law retention obligations apply (§ 257 HGB, § 147 AO), the affected data will be retained for the legally prescribed period, generally six to ten years, and then deleted. Server log files are generally deleted automatically after no later than 30 days.

Otherwise, personal data remains with us until the processing purpose no longer applies, consent is withdrawn, or a legitimate request for erasure is made.
